Hello again! It’s been in my mind for awhile, and I think I mentioned it in a post a few months ago, but since I love traveling and I’ll be doing more of it this year, I wanted to share … Continue reading First Travel Post + a Story!
Hello, friends! I know it’s been awhile. I hope you’ll forgive me for that. I have been both busy and not busy. I could make excuses but I won’t. I just hope you’ll be happy to join me as I … Continue reading Review: Caraval by Stephanie Garber
Happy New Year! Can you believe it’s really 2018 already? I honestly don’t know where the year went. At some points, it was beyond difficult and at others, it was brilliant. I traveled and learned and graduated from college with a bachelors … Continue reading Hello, 2018 – Resolutions and Thoughts

Hey guys ❤️ So, this is sort of a super depressing post for today. And if you’re not in the mood for some emotional vomit, maybe abort mission at this point in the post. 😉 But if you want to … Continue reading Life Related: Dealing with Grief
Guys!! It’s been waaayy too long and it’s all my fault. Almost a year exactly, in fact. Now, you guys know I always love books and writing/gushing/fangirling about books. So where have I been? Well, that’s kind of a complicated … Continue reading When the Biggest Reading Slump of Your Life Hits
As I may or may not have mentioned, I love discovering lesser-known books in the Amazon Kindle store. While I love a good NY Times best seller as much as the next fangirl, I also love finding a hidden gem by an author who is just starting out and needs a push. Some of my favorite series are mostly unknown, and whenever I recommend them, I always get blank looks. But I’ve also gotten good feedback on them! So, in the spirit of recommendations, because I know we all love those, here are some of the best books/series I have found out there in the book world that deserve a spot on your TBR!
Hello, fellow bloggers!
I’m here on this lovely Friday to bring you another double review. I feel like they make a lot of sense for books in a series, especially if I read them in sussession. Plus, I already had this lovely picture of the two of them together, so why not take advantage of that? 😉
As you see from the title and photo, this will be a review of the last two books in the Winner’s trilogy by Marie Rutkoski. I read the first book in this trilogy, The Winner’s Curse, back at the beginning of the year, I think February or March, and I really loved it. I read it from start to finish in one sitting. It was a beautifully written story about two characters who are so stubborn you just want to smack their heads together, but you grow to love and respect them for different reasons. Here is the link to the Goodreads page for first book. I gave it a solid 5/5 stars. Now, on with the reviews!
“If you won’t be my friend, you’ll regret being my enemy.”
“He was a book, and he was holding his final pages, and he wanted to get to the end to find out how it went, and he didn’t want it to be over.” “What a strange constellation they all were.” … Continue reading Quote Moment: The Raven King
Hello, blog peeps!
I’m realizing, while looking at my stats for this blog, that I haven’t been posting very regularly on here. Which I feel badly about. I guess I’ve just been so busy with life stuff that I sort of forget how many days go between posts. Time flies when you’re having fun, and sometimes when you’re not. 😉
